Charlotte’s has experienced an enormous amount of changes in my first two years in public service.  The economic challenges before us require commitment, focus, and a willingness to adapt to a new economic reality.  Just as we’ve done in the past, Charlotte will rise to the occasion and continue to develop into one of America’s greatest cities.
